I was born in Catania in 1982, and I am an illustrator and comic book artist currently living and working in Rome.
Over the years, my versatile style has led me to collaborate with prominent magazines such as L’Unità, Il Misfatto, Sotto il vulcano, and Sherwood Comix, as well as to create iconic album artwork for the band Banda Bassotti.
I have authored several graphic novels that blend social commentary with compelling storytelling, including Non mi uccise la morte (the story of Stefano Cucchi), Lo psicotico domato, and Kurt Cobain – Quando ero un alieno.
In partnership with BAO Publishing, I released Da quassù la terra è bellissima in 2016, a work that earned me the prestigious Gran Guinigi – Special Jury Prize. This was followed by the epic two-volume saga La Belgica (2019–2021).
My contribution to the medium was further recognized in 2020, when I received the Premio Carlo Boscarato for Best Italian Artist.
I continue to be an active figure in the industry, collaborating with Sergio Bonelli Editore on the legendary Dylan Dog series. I am also part of the creative team behind Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures, bringing my unique vision to a galaxy far, far away.
